Dr. Soumitra Das is an avid advocate for climate restoration. Currently, he is a policy analyst in the US Federal Government. He also worked in Fortune 500 companies such as Motorola, Corning, Lucent Technologies, Philips Electronics, AT&T in different capacities in the US. Dr. Das chaired several working groups in 3GPP2, an international industry consortium with over 75 companies that developed global standards for wireless telecommunications. He has published numerous papers and spoken in many academic and industry conferences. Dr. Das holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University. His motto in life, "leave this world a little better than you found it''. Mr. Chandan Banerjee is a veteran soldier. Currently, he works as a program manager in Ananda Bazar Patrika, the largest print media house in eastern India. He also served in Indian Air Force for 20 years. In his leisure, he guides and develops underprivileged students, youth and gives them a direction for a better life with values.

Mr. Sudhin Nandi is an environmental engineer. Currently, he works as a Superintending Engineer in the Department of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, West Bengal, India. He is in charge of many environmental improvement projects of lakes & parks in Kolkata. Mr. Nandi received the "HUDCO Award for Best Practices for improvement of Living Environment 2015-16". He was a former secretary of 9th All India People’s Technology Congress 2013, which was organized by the Forum of Scientists, Engineers & Technologists. He has a M.E. degree in environmental engineering from Calcutta University. He is settled in Kolkata.

Fear God, work hard and be honest is my moral. Making of a machine is not only my profession but also my passion. Since childhood, I had inclination about measurement and testing related equipment. Every home equipment needs some quality control unit or system which will ensure its standard. In the 80's, small manufacturing units couldn't afford to test equipment because testing facilities were available only in developed countries and it was costly too. So the effort and quality product were not accepted by big houses due to their insolvency. The incapability of those small product houses encouraged me to make such types of test machines as per customer's budget and Maintaining all purposes and accuracy level as per different National and international standards . So many small factories recognised me as a friend and here lies my interest and satisfaction. I don't want to be rich with money but rich with love and respect from many organisations whom I could satisfy their technical needs. Besides, I am one of the director of a small NABL laboratory at Kolkata and a contractual partner with HAL.
