WELCOME TO THE HEALTHY CLIMATE INITIATIVE

HCI is a nonprofit education and advocacy group to combat global warming and climate change with a focus in India. HCI’s mission is to restore climate, i.e., remove the excess carbon dioxide and make the climate safe and healthy for future generations.

WE ARE ENGAGED ON THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES :-

Create awareness of climate change among people,particularly among the students.
Promote policies and projects that would reduce excess greenhouse gases from the atmosphere in India.
Create partnerships and alliances with organizations of similar vision and strengthen the global movement to fight for climate restoration.
To envision projects with solution functionalities related to Environment and Climate Change and propose those to concerned agencies for implementation.
Provide guidance/consultancy, harnessing individual talent and expertise in the community by virtue of collective wisdom.

Genesis:-

Healthy Climate Initiative was launched in January 2020. Participants are from all walks of life and spread across the world. The motivation behind creating this organization is to create awareness of the climate crisis, collectively combat it to create a safe and healthy climate for future generations.
